Around the Pentre Bach area

Pentre Bach House and its three smaller cottages can be booked together in any combination for parties of up to 30 people. We are ideal for family reunions and get-togethers. The Main house has wonderfully large reception rooms when you all want to be together, yet the cottages provide privacy when you need it.

Situated just south of the coastal town of Barmouth in the village of Llwyngwril, we are set in three acres of land overlooking Cardigan Bay, with dramatic Cader Idris and its fellow mountains outside the back door and breathtakingly wide sea views from the front.

This is a great place for spending the days inhaling lung-fulls of briny air on the beach, climbing hills and playing games in the great outdoors, followed by evenings around the supper table and in front of the fire with books and films. There's a large field for games, a willow den for the children and a table tennis room.
